One thing is certain with condominiums; “Nothing is certain!” This one hour, fast paced course, looks at the most common questions that come up with condominium insurance. It’s suited for both personal lines and commercial lines staff. Some of the topics include drywall, water losses, primary vs. excess, lender issues, condo vs. HOA, flood insurance issues, and more.
