Total Credits: 2 including 2 CE Credit
In Part 2 (2 hours) we begin with a look at Legal Concepts that Florida Agents and Team Members need to recognize. Next, we will look back on common Alleged Error and Omission topics. As always, we will do a review of some General Recommendation and Age-Old Procedural Reminders. A discussion on what to do and not do when an E&O Claim “occurs” … along with a revised definition of what an E&O Claim “is” in today’s environment follows. We will finish up just like we did last year … examining real (actual!) claims from Swiss Re’s Claim files. Not theoretical scenarios, but genuine filed/settled claims.
