Actual storm claims – good and bad – from 2017 will be presented to help you prepare for the next hurricane season. Topics include service interruption time deductibles, windstorm business interruption exclusions when no windstorm property exclusion exists. Additionally, ordinary payroll limitations and tried and true issues such as power transmission lines, change in temperature triggers and on-premises vs. off-premises damage triggers will be discussed.
