Description

Though rates are set by the state and coverage is statutory, workers’ compensation insurance is complex. Florida laws and rules add confusion and seemingly counterintuitive instructions, and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) continue to influence the market. Agents who understand this complex line will gain a sustainable, competitive advantage in the marketplace.
