Description

This class explores the role of Virtual Assistants (VAs) in the insurance industry, highlighting their benefits, such as addressing labor shortages, time zone advantages, and cost savings. Topics include tasks VAs can and cannot perform, contract best practices, cybersecurity risks, and their impact on E&O policies. Through case studies, the class also covers potential legal and communication challenges when using VAs, as well as strategies for mitigating privacy breaches. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to effectively and responsibly integrate VAs into their businesses.

This is a panel of speakers moderated by Dave walking you through the operation process of virtual assistants.

Please note: The legal statutes, regulations, and licensing requirements discussed in this presentation are specific to the state of Florida and reflect Florida law as of the date of this recording. Viewers located outside of Florida should not assume these rules apply in their state.
