Kelly Simants, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a true passion for people. She is currently a senior human resources consultant with Nevada HR Team. Prior to consulting, she was the vice president of HR for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, director of HR for Starbucks, as well as working in various HR generalist roles with Accenture, WatchGuard Technologies, and HomeStreet Bank.

Kelly is passionate about helping leaders understand how to navigate HR-related challenges due to the pandemic. She also offers customized resume writing and career coaching services for individuals, leveraging her HR expertise to position candidates with strength in the marketplace. Outside of work, Kelly loves spending time with her husband and two boys (ages 6 and 11), playing tennis, and traveling.
