FAIA’s 40-Hour Conversion Webinar allows 4-40 Customer Service Representatives, with one-year experience in the past four years, to convert their license to a 2-20 General Lines license.

FAIA’s Conversion Webinar consists of 38 separate webinars of instruction. The webinar topics include:

  • Property and Liability Concepts
  • Personal Auto
  • Homeowners
  • Commercial General Liability
  • Commercial Auto
  • Commercial Property
  • Workers Compensation
  • Surety, Marine and Aviation
  • Crime
  • Health
  • Adjusting Practice
  • Residual Markets
  • Florida Statutes

The webinars are taught by experienced FAIA instructors, giving you the best and most trusted insurance education anywhere. The student will be able to ask questions via email at any time and have 6-months from the purchase date to complete the class. The webinar is based on the Florida General Lines study manual which will be included in the purchase of the conversion webinar.

After completing all 38 webinars, which must be taken in order, the student will be given an electronic exam consisting of 105 questions which must be passed with a score of 70% or higher. Once the student completes all the webinars and passes the exam, a Certificate of Completion will be awarded and will qualify the student to sit for the state exam. Once the student passes the state exam and converts the 4-40 license to a 2-20 license, the agent will then be able to transact insurance OUTSIDE of the agency.

Keep in mind, this webinar is On-Demand and can be taken at any time that is convenient to the student.

Let us know if you have any questions regarding the 2-20 license, this webinar, or how the 2-20 license is different from the 4-40.
